The Plant and Machinery developed by our Engineers is widely accepted and confirm to various standards viz. ASTM, ASME. DIN, BIS etc. depending on the customer’s requirements. All the plants supplied by us are giving good performance & operating results to the satisfaction of our customers.

JAVED HUSAIN : The Managing Director of the company, Qualified Chemical Engineer from Prominent Institute Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur having more than 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Project Implementation and Market Development. His main goal is to adopt modern technologies and believes in the customer’s satisfaction.

BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

	TYPE OF PLANT :
	Manufacturer & supplier of Vegetable Oil Processing Equipment Technology & Services. This includes: Oil Mill Planting, Solvent Extraction, Cotton Seed & Sunflower Seed Dehulling Plant, Refining Plant, Hydrogenation, Inter-Estrification, Bakery Shortening / Margarine / Toilet soap, Bar Soap / Detergent Plant etc.
	ENGINEERING DESIGN :
	We have in house Engineering Design facilities on Autocad. We develop and design various innovative technological equipments which work efficiently, economically and quality of end product is improved which results profitable to the customer.
	PRODUCTION FACILITIES :
	We manufacture Deodoriser, Bleacher, Heat Exchanger, Storage System, Distillation Tower and other specialized equipments for our plants. For this we have all the sophisticated machinery lathes, surface grinder, Cylindrical grinder, Drilling Machines presses, Bending Machines, Shapers, Machine Plainer, Welding Machine, Plasma Cutting etc. for quality fabrication. This is backed by qualified and experienced Engineers well versed in production testing & quality control of various raw material & equipments.
	AUTOMATION :
	We have capacity to provide fully automated system based on PLC/ SCADA for various equipments, which is highly reliable & important for very high production plants.
	SPECIAL ENGINEERING AND TURNKEY INSTALLATION :
	In addition to designing our own equipment. We design and develop various specialized Engineering Equipments according to requirement of customer. With our vast experience, we are able to provide best suited plant and machinery for diverse Customers from small companies to Major National & Multi National Companies. We also undertake projects on Turnkey basis from concept to commissioning including packaging.

In expansion plan we intend to have manufacturing - out sourcing and expansion of designing facility for various plants & equipments and also to increase the ware house size to store manufactured equipments and other purchase items. This will facilitate to supply and complete the installation much before the schedule time. The company has plan to diversify new oil related fields like Castor Oil and Bio-Diesel, in this regard the company has already completed research & trial and now in the market to sale the plant on turnkey basis from concept to commercial production. Especially the Bio-Diesel has very vast scope of development and innovation in future.

Technical Tie up with Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad. [Govt. Of India] We are a registered Project Engg. Company with I.I.C.T., Hyderabad [C.S.I.R. New Delhi] We have transferred Technology of Enzymatic Degumming successful for which he have been awarded by Government of India.
