Dry Fractionation is designed to segregate edible oil into two components, Olein and Stearin. This process is conducted without the addition of external agents or chemicals.
The edible oil is preheated for a more uniform homogeneity of the feed thereby eliminating the presence of solid or semi-solid zones. This is followed by Crystallization which allows the feed to be passed through a membrane Filter Press thereby separating solid from liquid.
